Arts Administration Intern

During the summer of 2019, Emily served as the Arts Administration Intern at Bristol Valley Theater in Naples, NY. In this capacity, she provided marketing, technical, and communication support. Her projects included coordinating information between departments, tracking surveys and event feedback, managing social media platforms, creating promotional content (including videos, press releases, graphic design, and flyers), and serving as the administrative liaison to education programs. She also assisted with lighting (including spot operator for Murder for Two) and costumes, transported scenic elements, and aided with hospitality. Finally, in her spare time, she took on grant writing to increase financial support for the organization.
