Emily supervised the student wardrobe crew for the 2017 production of Home for the Holidays (dir. Jo Rowan). Her responsibilities included leading costume load-in and strike, overseeing pre-show and post-show costume check-in, generating paperwork, arranging quick changes, and planning laundry. The production incorporated 159 quick changes, twenty-five of which occurred simultaneously in two minute period. Five of the twelve dressers technicians rotated into performing or audience services roles each night as well. Although the production was a logistical challenge, Emily learned a lot about directing a team. She is eternally grateful for the hard work of the wardrobe crew to make Home for the Holidays run smoothly!
