Emily coordinated the Oklahoma City University Honors Student Council spring 2018 fundraiser to raise money for the organization and promote visibility on campus. Components included a baking party for students to make treats, a week-long bake sale, raffle baskets donated by local businesses, and tabling for the event. The campaign generated renewed interest in Honors on campus and over ten times the profit of previous fundraisers.
