Office & Marketing Manager

Emily currently uses her organizational skills as the office paperwork wizard and numbers specialist at Mass Architects, Inc. In addition to maintaining the administrative and office ecosystem, she also consults with nonprofit clients to help plan fundraising campaigns for facility improvements and capital expenditures. Other responsibilities are as follows:


Administrative Duties

- contract management

- human resources and personnel support

- communications and record-keeping

- track staff licensing and continuing education compliance


Financial Management

- maintain books and financial records, coordinate with accountant, submit weekly reports

- assist in budget development, tracking, and analysis

- monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, bi-monthly payroll

- invoice clients and manage project expenses (including development of invoice tracking database)


Marketing

- website maintenance

- create submissions for RFQ, RFP, and institutional solicitations

- develop project-specific and general company marketing materials
